We are raising funds to create a special place for children in primary education to experience the healing power of animals! Our goal is to add therapy goats, as well as a safe and spacious enclosure for our goats, chickens, and rabbits, allowing young students to learn, play, and grow alongside these gentle creatures.
Why Animals Matter in Education:
Animals have an incredible ability to help children develop important skills like empathy, responsibility, and emotional regulation. Interacting with therapy goats and other animals helps children build confidence, reduce stress, and even improve social skills. For children facing challenges such as anxiety, learning disabilities, or other emotional hurdles, these connections can make a world of difference.
What We Need:
In order to bring this vision to life, we are asking for your support to help us with:
Therapy Goats
Funding to purchase and care for three of trained therapy goats.
A New Enclosure
JJL Brickwork will be supporting us by building a secure and comfortable enclosure to house the goats, chickens, and rabbits, ensuring the safety and well-being of all animals involved.
Ongoing Care & Supplies
Feed, veterinary care, and enrichment items for the animals to ensure they are happy, healthy, and ready to engage with the children.
